Intro in Japanese

Since I'm a big sports fan,and the most common sport where Japanese have a legacy in is baseball I think I will introduce Hedeki Matsui(since Ichiro was already discussed). He is another great baseball player from Japan who plays for the New York Yankees. His nickname is Godzilla because hes a beast when it comes to the long ball.

  1. If you press enter after typing a word in hirigana, then it should leave said word in hirigana, whereas if you press space immediately after typing the word, it will often put it into kanji.

    Hope that helps?

  2. It's been fun watching players from the Japanese leagues compete in MLB. Ichiro is one of my favorite players to watch. ただひといぐち (Tadahito Iguchi) helped the Phils make their playoff runs the last few years. Like you say, Matsui is a good hitter. Hard to root for a Yankee, though.

Sullivan: Thanks for the tip. It was causing me a lot of trouble.
Murren: Ichiro is awesome. A few weeks back i actually got to see him in person play, and evem though he usually isn't a deep ball threat he hit one out of the park. Japanese players have left and will continue to leave there mark on the game. The Japnese league players that come over are some of the highest paid players right away, because they can say they have professional experience.

  4. Matsui? I'm not a big fan of baseball, but I think I have heard about him. Was he on the WBC this summer?
I guess I have seen him at that time.

  5. As Muran said, it's hard to like a Yankees player, but Matsui is a beast.
